If you have spent a lot of time climbing on toprope or seconding a climbing partner, you may like to learn to lead in a safe environment and under the supervision of an instructor. You might also want to try multi-pitch climbing: this part of Spain also offers a number of classic multi-pitch routes (both sport and trad) in a variety of locations - mountain crags, roadside crags and sea cliffs.
Our Performance Sport Climbing Courses are designed to help you climb better and harder. Most people improve several grades during a course and develop knowledge of what is required to continually improve their climbing. You would cover tactics, technique, redpointing processes, mental training and much more.

Ryan Glass Mountaineering provides tailor made instruction and guiding in the Costa Blanca throughout winter and spring. Our activities include rock climbing, ridge scrambling and via ferrata and courses are suitable for all standards from complete beginners to performance coaching for advanced climbers.
If you are new to climbing, you may wish to take an Intro to Rock course. You would be able to spend time focussing on your rock climbing technique, learning the required ropework skills and knots, as well as discussing your use and choice of climbing equipment. You would also become a competent at belaying, seconding routes and removing climbing gear.
